Butterfly Exhibit

While we were in Houston we went to the Butterfly Exhibit. Olivia loved it until a butterfly landed on her. She loved the massive iguana.... but not the butterflies.

The Train Museum

While we were in Houston we were able to go to the train museum. It was a lot of fun. WAY to hot! I am terrible at getting pictures of everyone.

Bird Watching

We went to the duck pond for scouts the other day to do bird watching. It was so pretty. I love the wild flowers with the random blue wild flower.

We had a spur of the moment trip to California last weekend. I only took pictures on our last evening there and I missed most of the people that were there. We were just sitting on the patio enjoying the wonderful CA weather while the kids played. My older nephews were in the house watching TV and my sister and her husband were on the couch taking a nap. Hopefully my other family members have more pictures from the weekend that they will share with me. We miss them all.

Our new pet

If you look very closely you can see in her hand our new family pet, The Mexican Jumping Bean. We went to an enrichment fiesta the other night and we got a family pet. She loves it. Lets hope we can keep it alive until next spring when it becomes a moth. Currently it lives in a mason jar in our kitchen.

Olivia and I had a fun day of play dough art... She would tell me what color to use where and we created... I love her so much!
